Zoo Policies

Save your receipt! The cost of daily admission can be applied to your same-day purchase of a zoo membership. Stop by the membership office and have zoo access 365 days a year!

Please be respectful of our animals, grounds, and other zoo guests.

Anyone deemed to be disruptive or dangerous will be escorted off of zoo grounds.

Please do not litter. It can harm animals and fines can be imposed. Please use the proper containers to dispose of waste.

The Kley Building and Discovery Center close at 4:30 each day.

All visitors must exit zoo grounds by 5 pm.

Please refrain from bringing the following items on zoo grounds:

• Outside Food
• Outside Drinks (water is allowed)
• Coolers
• Animals (service animals are allowed)
• Skateboards
• Bikes
• Rollerblades
